We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager<\/strong> with a focus on Google Ads<\/strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ad spend to maximize ROI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Develop and implement effective PPC advertising campaigns across various Google Ad platforms, including Search, Display, and Video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups and ad copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including bid adjustments, ad scheduling, and targeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct A\/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize conversion rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry trends, best practices, and technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop effective ad creative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage PPC budgets and allocate ad spend effectively across campaigns and channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on Google Ads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices, including keyword research, ad targeting, and bid management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and Video.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Nice to have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Experience with other PPC advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of website design principles and landing page optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with A\/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
