PPC Manager

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager with a focus on Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ad spend to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective PPC advertising campaigns across various Google Ad platforms, including Search, Display, and Video.
  • Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups and ad copy.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including bid adjustments, ad scheduling, and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop effective ad creative.
  • Manage PPC budgets and allocate ad spend effectively across campaigns and channels.


  • 3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices, including keyword research, ad targeting, and bid management.
  • Experience with Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and Video.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other PPC advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of website design principles and landing page optimization.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
