Marketing Automation
Manager
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing automation strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, and using data and analytics to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing automation strategies across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media.
- Automate processes and workflows using Make or Zapier.
- Create and manage campaigns in marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Tabidoo.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to improve lead conversion rates and customer retention.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop effective email and SMS copy and creative in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage marketing automation budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation management.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Make and Zapier.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ad, and marketing automation reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of website design principles and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with PPC campaign management.
